The mounting holes are 2-3/4" diameter and 4-1/2 between Centers. I think this item fits the No.2 Universal Horizontal Mill But i am not sure. It came with a groupe of parts i purchased.

Assuming your just running the lathe unloaded you wouldn't need a very big VFD either. Preferrably you would want a constant torque VFD, but again unloaded it wouldn't matter much.
